Building on the success of the inaugural event our second seminar was thoroughly enjoyed by all!

Mark Eaton of Amnis presented on "Building Competitive Advantage."

Mark is a very well respected figure in the manufacturing sector. He was awarded the Viscount Nuffield medal in 2004 for his contribution to improving UK industry, and has been at the helm of a number of Government initiatives to help manufacturers. His last project was to write the manufacturing policy for EEDA (the East of England Development Agency) and its success has been recorded by the BBC here

Building Competitive Advantage

Competitive Advantage is something that every successful business enjoys today, but the effect of time is that these advantages can be eroded especially in fast moving or international markets where companies may not be operating on a level playing field.

Mark's seminar took us on a highly interactive and enjoyable journey from defining exactly what 'Competitive Advantage' is, to defining our own advantage.
